HOTHEL – HOUSE RULES AND BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Apartment day lasts from 4 pm to 11 am.
- Parking spaces are located in front of the building on Bursztynowa Street. In the summer season (June – September) it is a paid urban parking zone, which is why we will provide you with a parking card to be placed behind the windscreen. It also authorizes you to park in the paid parking zone in Hel. You are requested to return the card before leaving.
- On request, we provide guests with an iron and ironing board, a baby cot with bedding (please inform us at the time of booking), an additional bed (an “extra” bed) (at PLN 50 per night, please also let us know in advance).
- HOTHEL bikes, beach windscreens, sunbeds and beach towels are available to our guests free of charge from spring until autumn. Please do not ride the bikes on sand.
- Pursuant to Resolution of the Hel Town Council, tourists are charged a tourist tax of PLN 2 per person per day. Please leave the tourist tax on the table in the apartment.
- Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Persons other than those checked in in the apartment cannot stay in the facility during this time. Checked in Guests may not share the apartment with third parties.
- Guests’ behavior must not disturb stay of other guests. Improper behavior may result in a refusal to continue providing services to a person who violates this principle, along with a requirement to settle the amount due for the whole stay.
- Smoking and electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited in the whole facility. Violation of this prohibition may result in checking out of guests from the apartment at the time of confirming such violation without the obligation to refund any payment made for the stay as well as in imposing a financial penalty of PLN 100 per each day of stay.
- Due to fire safety reasons, it is strictly prohibited to use heaters, electric stoves and other similar electrical devices in the rooms other than room equipment.
- It is prohibited to fry fish in the apartments.
- Should Guests discover any defects or missing items in the apartment, please inform us immediately. We will do our best to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
- Guests shall be financially liable for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices in the rented apartment and shared parts of the facility, attributable to them or to their third-party visitors. Damages should be reported as soon as they are discovered.
- The facility owners are not liable for any loss of money, valuables or other items of value. To protect your property, please lock the apartments.
- CCTV cameras monitor various spots in the common areas. On request, the GDPR information clause is available.
- In the event of Guests' cancellation of their stay, payment for their stay shall not be refundable. In individual cases, if the inability to arrive in the booked period is reported at least two weeks (for bookings in July and August at least one month) in advance, there is a possibility to determine different dates of stay for the booking price paid. Please note that the prices of apartments vary depending on the period you choose. If you would like to know the prices and the minimum length of stay applicable on other dates, please specify what dates you are interested in. The voucher granted is valid for 6 months. The above-presented rules for changing the dates of stay on the basis of the voucher granted also apply in a situation when we are not able to provide you with the accommodation service as a result of a force majeure event, e.g. as a result of a decision of administration authorities. If you have to cancel your stay at short notice, please let us know immediately. We will do our best to be able to grant you a voucher in this case as well.
- In the event of booking the apartment for the stay of a minor who will not be under the care of his or her parent or legal guardian in the apartment, parent's or legal guardian's consent for the minor to remain under the care of a designated adult person must be submitted at the time of booking.
